Quality Control

Before sending you the finished product, we check though the entire transcript to ensure the text will scroll in unison with the video.  Most litigation support companies just run the synchronization program and send the discs without checking the final product, resulting in a transcript that hangs up and jumps forward frequently.  This can be very distracting and defeats the purpose.
